The right shade on the roof, in one morning
Shading compound applied by drone to greenhouse roofs, removal at the end of the season, roof treatments and thermal checks of the covers. Nobody climbs the structure.
The point
On roofs the problem is access, not product
Shading a hectare of greenhouse means a crew, a platform, two days and a fall risk at every metre. The drone does it in a morning, from above, with the even coverage that hand work never gives.
The same goes for removal in September, for roof treatments and for checks: the structure is never touched, the crop underneath never stops.
Dose and uniformity are fixed beforehand: the T100 knows the geometry of the roof and repeats the same pass on every bay.

Shading compound on roofs
Lime and shading products in suspension, applied with even coverage and a dose per square metre set for the crop.

Shading removal
At the end of the season, with the specific cleaning product and the same even pass as the application.

Roof treatments
Detergents, anti-algae and anti-drip on the cover, without platforms and without stopping the crop.

Thermal check
Heat loss, tears and loose sheets seen in thermal with the Matrice 4T, before winter.

Application inside protected crops
Where the structure allows, biostimulants and foliar fertilisers applied inside, with the drone flown manually.
How it runs
In three stages

Roof survey
A mapping flight: area, bays, slopes, obstacles. The dose is calculated on the real square metres.

Application
Routes parallel to the bays, constant height, product mixed on the farm. A hectare in about three hours.

Check
Photographs of the roof once done and, on request, a measurement of light transmission under the sheet.

Questions
Before you write
Which shading product do you use?
The one you choose with your technician, in water suspension. We set the dose per square metre and the coverage; the degree of shading remains your agronomic choice.
Can it be done with the crop inside?
Yes: the drone works above the roof and the product does not enter. The ridge vents just need to be closed during the pass.
Plastic or glass greenhouses?
Both. On glass the application is more uniform; on plastic film we check the condition first with a survey flight.
