Notice on the processing of personal data

The contact form collects name, company, email, phone, crop, area and your message. They are used to answer the request and, if you ask, to prepare a quote or a site visit. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.

With separate consent, the email address is used to send updates on services and machines, no more than once a month. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to the controller.

During jobs we collect images and data of the fields. They belong to the client farm, are delivered with the report and are kept to compare later flights unless you ask otherwise.

The site uses no profiling cookies and loads no third party resources. The only technical cookie remembers for seven days that the contact panel was closed. The server keeps IP addresses in its logs for security, for thirty days.

Request data are kept for twenty four months from the last contact; contract data for the statutory terms. They are not sold or passed to third parties; the technical providers of the site and email may process them as data processors.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. To exercise them, write to info@mantafarm.it.
