The method
Every job starts on the ground
Before take-off there is a site visit, a regulatory check and a plan approved with you. After landing, a report with the maps. In between, the flight.
The six steps
Always the same, for every job
-
01
Needs analysis
Crop, goal, timing, what you have already tried. A twenty minute call.
-
02
Plot assessment
Site visit or survey flight: boundaries, obstacles, access, water and charging points.
-
03
Technical and regulatory check
Airspace, distances, permitted products. If something cannot be done, you tell your people and we tell ours.
-
04
Planning
Routes, heights, doses and timings in a written plan, with the quote. We start when you approve it.
-
05
Execution
Pilot and agronomist in the field, the system logging every pass, you beside us if you want.
-
06
Documentation
Report with maps, actual doses, photographs and what to watch. Same day for treatments, within two days for surveys.
The principle
Technology enters the field only with an agronomist beside it
A drone applying forty litres a minute gets it wrong as fast as it works. So the dose is not set by the pilot: it is set by the agronomist, yours or ours, on the crop and on the map.
And so every survey closes with a reading at the table. A map without a decision is one more file on a computer.
The rest is discipline: the same written plan for every job, the same report at the end, the same checks before take-off.
Working together
Three ways
| Way | For whom | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Single job | those who want to try | Quote per job, payment on delivery of the report |
| Season | farms | Scheduled surveys and treatments on call, with priority on dates and a locked price per hectare |
| Partner | contractors and agronomists | Our drone and pilots inside your service, with your brand on the report |
Season and partnership terms go in a one page agreement, with no hidden minimums.
Questions
Before you write
How far ahead should I call?
For a survey, a week. For a treatment, ten days in the high season: weather windows are few and dates need booking in time.
Do I need to be there during the flight?
No, but your contact person must be reachable. Many clients come to the first job and then trust the report.
Do my field data stay mine?
Yes. Maps and reports are yours, delivered in open formats, and we keep them to compare later flights unless you ask otherwise.
Let us start with the twenty minute call
Crop, area and goal. Then we tell you whether and how.
